Personnaly I ve lost one of my best friends 2 weeks ago and I don't know how I handle it...I cried a lot, but I just think I don't realise he is gone...cause it is not possible, he was young and in good health...and I don't know, but if I think about it a lot then I'll be really sad again, I think you have to be sad first but also spend time with other people who you were friend with. Crying is important and usefull, you can't handle it if you don't cry, it is the first stage...Now I'm ok but of course I still think about that, that was the first time i lost somebody and I'm sure i'll think about it all my life long but I just try not to think about him even if it is hard...and sometimes I just feel bad cause I'm able to have fun even if he is gone...Anyway I hope you understand what I mean
